This initiative provides an opportunity to strengthen leadership skills within our team, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality and high-impact solutions to our clients in Mexico.

How Did This Program Come About?

The training plan was designed based on a deep analysis of the strengths and areas of opportunity within our experience team. Through tools like the Performance Review, we identified key aspects for professional development, including strategy, effective communication, and high-performance leadership.

This structured approach allowed us to create a program that not only addresses current challenges but also prepares our leaders for future industry demands in Mexico.

For this reason, this plan is not an isolated initiative but part of our culture of continuous improvement, through which we aim to:

  • Enhance self-awareness: Identify individual strengths using tools such as leadership profiles and personality tests.
  • Promote self-management: Develop skills to prioritize tasks and make strategic decisions.
  • Encourage self-motivation and self-discipline: Maintain focus on key objectives and ensure high performance.

What Does Our Training Program Include?

This plan consists of several initiatives designed to strengthen leadership within the organization:

  • Future Skills: Development of competencies such as data analysis, project management, effective collaboration, and strategic influence.
  • Self-Leadership Sessions: Workshops based on the 4A model (Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Self-Motivation, and Self-Discipline).
  • Strategic Tools: Application of methodologies such as Team Canvas and PESTLE analysis to anticipate challenges and design effective strategies.
  • Personalized Training: Access to free and paid courses on platforms like Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, and Santander Academy.
